Betterfly is a customizable protection platform that combines the worlds of healthcare, wellness and purpose in a gamified rewards-based application to empower people to live their best version. As the leading insurance and benefits platform in Latin America and one of the leading flexible remuneration companies in Spain, Betterfly has an important mission: to reinvent the world of corporate healthcare to make it more relatable and human.

At Firma, we prepared the brand for future scalability by defining its foundational aspects, including the new website and digital ecosystem, advertising campaigns and visual content. Our goal? To build a clear, comprehensive and intuitive visual narrative for the Betterfly community, turning a complex system into an understandable, accessible and enjoyable product.
We designed the different Betterfly websites, generating a unique digital experience for each of the core markets, from the site in USA, Chile, Mexico, Brazil to Spain, tailoring them based on their service offerings and languages.
We elevated Betterfly's presence and accessibility through multiple visuals, videos and micro-interactions transmitting the brand essence and the high-value services it offers, as well as demos of its platforms to ensure product understanding for the brand's two targets, employers and employees.
As an ongoing project, we made constant updates and adaptations to the immediate needs of the brand, such as landing pages for specific campaigns, updates in visuals aligned with their new app, a new, complete and exclusive resources section and other strategic design proposals to spread the business objectives of each key market.
We created a creative concept and a powerful and appealing graphic system for the launching campaign of the new Flexible Remuneration product in the Spanish market, with coherent visuals and messages that respond to the real needs of the audience.
